1. Present MCC has been preferred after delay of 98 days seeking restoration of WP(C) No.1531 of 2014 which was dismissed by peremptory order issued on 20.03.2015.

2. IA No.1 application for condonation of delay in filing the application is allowed as sufficient cause has been shown.

3. Also heard on miscellaneous application for restoration of WP(C) No. 1531 of 2014.

4. As sufficient cause has been explained by the Applicant for not removing the defaults as pointed out on 20.03.2015, the MCC is allowed and WP(C) No. 1531 of 2014 is restored to its original number. No order as to costs. Sd./- (P.Sam Koshy) Judge inder
