The grievance of the petitioner is that he has been making complaint with regard to irregularities in functioning and operation of ready to eat meal programme in Aganwadi centre run by Government authorities but those complaints are not being looked into.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, if such complaints have been made, the competent authority is under duty to examine those complaints and act in the best interest of institutions to ensure that Government programme of ready to eat meal distribution through Aganwadi centre is properly and efficiently operated. The complaint of the petitioner has been made to respondent No.3, therefore, respondent No.3 is directed to examine the complaint and after enquiry to take appropriate

decision on the complaint. The petition is accordingly disposed off. 3.
