This petition has been filed for restoration of the petition being registered as Cr.M.P.No.1995/2019, which was dismissed by virtue of peremptory order dated 03.10.2019.

On due consideration and for the reasons assigned in the petition for restoration, which is duly supported by an affidavit, I am inclined to allow the same.

Accordingly, M.C.C. is allowed and the said petition, which was dismissed by virtue of peremptory order passed on 03.10.2019, is restored to its original number as Cr.M.P.No.1995/2019.
