1. This is application for modification of the order dated 10.8.2018.

2. On 10.08.2018 due to typographical mistake instead of typing MCC No.571 of 2018, it has wrongly been typed as MCC No.571 of 2017. It be read as "MCC No.571 of 2018". Rest of the order shall remain intact.

3. Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of. A copy of this order be supplied to counsel for the petitioner along with copy of MCC No.571 of 2017.
