Challenge in this petition is to the appointment order issued in favour of the respondent No.3 on 01.09.2018.

Perusal of the record would show that the petitioner as such has not claimed for compassionate appointment. Neither is the petitioner ever claimed for compassionate appointment.

Under the circumstances, this court does not find the present dispute to be one which could be said to be a service dispute inter-se between the petitioner with the employer of anything as such.
