Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made representation against the acquisition of his land to the Sub Divisional Officer (R)/ Land Acquisition Officer, Pamgarh, District Janjgir-Champa on 20.02.2018, which has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 2.

Be that as it may, respondent No. 3 - SDO (R)/Land Acquisition Officer, Pamgarh is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge
