The petitioner is a Ranger posted at State Forest Research Institute, Chhattisgarh, Raipur. The vehicle alloted to him was requisitioned by the Collector, Raipur during the Assembly Session w.e.f. 28.02.2015, till the end of the Session, however, the vehicle has not been returned back to the petitioner's institute. The representation filed by the petitioner before the
Higher Authorities has remained undecided, therefore, the present petition has been preferred.

Learned State counsel would submit that the Collector, Raipur shall be informed for doing the needful at the earliest. 3.
In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, the writ petition is not required to be adjudicated further. It is accordingly disposed of.
