O R D E R

(Passed on 09th September, 2017) 1.

Learned State counsel submits that they will not press upon the impugned transfer order dated 17.09.2015 (Annexure P-1) so far as it relates to the petitioner who is at Serial No.2.

In view of the above statement, the relief as has been sought by the petitioner, has been granted. Consequently, the impugned order Annexure P-1 in respect of petitioner stands quashed.

The State shall be at liberty to pass a fresh order, if they so desire. 4.
