(2) The petitioner's appeal against the order of suspension filed before the Collector, Balod, which was dismissed holding that

appellate authority is Director, Directorate of Public Instructions, Raipur. Against which, this petition has been filed by the petitioner. (3) Since the Director, Directorate of Public Instructions, Raipur is appropriate appellate authority to hear the appeal against the order of suspension. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to prefer an appeal before the Director, Directorate of Public Instructions, Raipur for redressal of his grievances within a period of 15 days from today. (4) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(5) The petitioner is permitted to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority. If such appeal is made by the petitioner before the appellate authority within a period of 15 days from today, the said authority shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of its receipt in accordance with law. (6) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
