After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdrawn this Criminal Revision, however, he would pray for a direction to the Family Court to decide the main petition under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. at the earliest. 3.

While permitting the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Revision, it is directed that the Family Court shall do well to dispose of the main petition under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., at the earliest, preferably within a period of 03 months from the next date of hearing, subject, however, to the petitioner paying entire amount of interim maintenance as also the future monthly maintenance to the respondent, and cooperation by the parties.

The petitioner shall submit certified copy of this order before the Family Court within a week.
