The counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to prefer an appeal before the Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Appellate Tribunal against the impugned orders 2.
The counsel for the petitioners further prays that the petitioners may be permitted to move an appropriate application for condoning the delay, which has arisen in the course of the petitioner agitating the matter before the High Court.

The aforesaid prayer of the petitioners seems to be fair and reasonable, accordingly all these writ petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Appellate Tribunal. In case if an appropriate appeal is filed along with an application for condonation of delay within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order, the Appellate Tribunal is directed to consider the same, taking into consideration the provisions of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, so far as the period spent by the petitioners before this Court in the present writ petitions.

Subject to the petitioners' furnishing a photocopy of the impugned order, the certified copy shall be returned back to the petitioners. 5.
The writ petitions accordingly stand dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
