This petition is directed against the order dated 14.08.2015 passed by the Court below partly allowing petitioner's application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act granting only litigation expenses and not the maintenance. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Court below while rejecting the application for maintenance, has given undue weightage to financial position and resources of the petitioner without taking into consideration that it is the statutory obligation of the husband to maintain his wife.

After going through the impugned order I find, that the Court below has taken into consideration relevant material in the form of Income of the petitioner, which are in crores. 4.

In view of the above, no grounds for interference is made out in the impugned order in

exercise of supervisory jurisdiction.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
