It is evident from the report of the Investigating Officer that the girl has not been detained against her will by any accused person or persons. She seems to have decided to elope with the boy since she was in some kind of relationship with him, which was not being given approval to by the family and in fact, on the night when she left the home, she was severely reprimanded. 2.

In view of the above, this habeas corpus petition stands disposed off with a direction upon the Investigating Officer that the case instituted in relation to the said incident should be investigated.
