The grievance of the petitioner is that despite order passed by the State Information Commission, the relevant information has not been supplied. Thereafter, another application has been moved before the appellate authority for taking appropriate action against the respondent no. 1- Public Information Officer but no steps have been taken to take action to impose penalty and recommend departmental action as provided under Section 20 of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Considering the submission, after perusing the order -Annexure P-1, the case requires
consideration at the end of the Information Commission. Let the Commission take decision after hearing the other parties as early as possible. 3.
