1. The grievance of the petitioner is that an idol of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar has been placed besides the Jaitkhamb of Guru Ghasi Das in village Kodabhaat at a distance of 3 meters by respondent no.4, therefore, that idol should be directed to be removed. The grievance which has been raised before this Court can be redressed by the local authorities. The High Court will not step into the shoes of the arbitrator to choose a particular place to install or remove an idol/ statute of any nature when two persons are litigating. The fact that who are in support of placing of such idol at a particular place and who are not in support thereof is a disputed question of fact to be ascertained and is a nature of private lis. This Court cannot go into to adjudicate this issue in exercise of power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
