The petitioner prays for a direction of issuance of Counter Signature Certificate in his favour on the assertion that inter State Transport permit issued by State of Jharkhand having submitted before respondent No. 2, the proposal has been accepted but the certificate has not been issued.

Learned State counsel submits that the respondent no. 2 shall take appropriate decision on petitioner's application for granting him no objection certificate on the Inter State permit, in accordance with law.

Taking into consideration the submission at this stage, petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the petitioner's application for grant of No Objection Certificate within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made

clear that this Court has not commented upon the merits of the petitioner's claim and competent authority shall decide it in accordance with law. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
