We find that no contempt is made out. However, liberty is reserved to the Petitioners to file a fresh petition pointing out the violation of the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act and the earlier order passed by this Court and if such petition is filed, necessary orders will be passed. 2.
Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty in favour of the Petitioners.
