This is the third application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.48/2020 registered at Police Station Singhoda, District Mahasamund (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 20-B of the NDPS Act. 3.

The earlier bail applications were dismissed, as withdrawn. 4.

Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this application also. However, he prays for a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial.
