Order On Board 12/10/2015 The petitioner has filed this petition for issuance of direction to the police authorities to register offence.

It is submitted that the Patwari interpolated revenue records by entering the name of respondents 4 and 5. There is also a prayer that the Tahsildar may also be directed to correct the entry made in the revenue records. 3.

As far as prayer for direction to Tahsildar is concerned, the petitioner has already moved an application before the Tahsildar, who may look into into the matter and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. 4.

As far as report in the police station is concerned, the police is required to take action in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Supreme Court in the case of Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others, 2008 (7) SCC 164.
