The appellant has preferred this appeal for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.1/2020, registered at Police Station Anusuchit Jati Kalyan, Bilaspur Distt: Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh for offences punishable under Sections 420, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 and Sections 3(1)(r) & 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

3. I.A. No. 01/2021, is an application for withdrawal of appeal.

4. On due consideration, the application is allowed.
