Shri Marhas, learned counsel for the contemnor, would submit that the order passed by this Court has been substantially complied with and the remaining compliance shall be made at the earliest.

In view of the statement made, the contempt petition stands disposed. However, it is made clear that if that part of the order, which remains to be complied with, is not complied within reasonable time, the petitioner would be at liberty to move afresh before this Court.
