Petitioners are claiming consideration of their case for promotion to the post of Lecturer (Panchayat) under the schools run by the Municipal Council, Katghora.

Shri Agrawal, learned counsel for the Municipal Council, Katghora, would submit that the process for considering the cases for promotion is underway and shall be completed shortly in accordance with the rules.
