petitioner dated 19.9.2016 (Annexure P/1) as early as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law on its own merit. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
