Hon'ble Mr. Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 16/12/2020

1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.689/2020, registered at Police Station City Kotwali, Dist. Raigarh, for offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. Applicant obtained loan of Rs.35.00 lacs from the Bank of Baroda, Raigarh by furnishing false and fabricated documents. When the applicant did not repay the loan amount the Bank Officers, on verification, found that fabricated documents have been submitted. The applicant has also submitted two different PAN (Permanent Account Number)

MCRCA No.1471 of 2020 Cards and two different ITRs (Income Tax Returns) relating with the said PAN Cards.

3. Considering the nature and manner of crime, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on anticipatory bail.

4. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
