The applicant has preferred this application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.432/2020 registered in Police Station Kotwali, Police Chowki- Jutmil District Raigarh C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 368, 376, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.
