The applicant has preferred this first bail application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.738/2019, registered at Police Station Kotwali, Dist. Durg (CG), for offence punishable under Sections 420 & 471 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application.
