1. The limited prayer which the petitioner has made in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider and decide the application for grant of Bhuswami Adhikar Patta which the petitioner had filed on 15.07.2020 before the respondent no.4.

2. The claim of the petitioner is that on the land which situates at PH No.26, Village Kirwai, Tahsil Rajim, District Gariyaband, Khasra No. 1122 measuring 0.64 hectare he is in possession of the said land for the last more than four decades

3. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents 3 & 4 to take a decision on the application dated 15.07.2020 filed by the petitioner in respect of the aforementioned property at the earliest preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondents are at liberty to take a decision strictly in accordance with law.
