1. The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that pursuant to the order passed by the Commissioner on 30.01.2019, the Municipal Council Narayanpur has in its meeting dated 13.02.2019 has resolved to take the petitioner back in service and pursuant to the said resolution the petitioner was permitted to be reinstated in service w.e.f. 15.02.2019.

2. According to the petitioner, from 15.02.2019 to 31.05.2019, the respondent No. 4 permitted the petitioner to discharge his duty and mark his daily attendance also. However, thereafter the respondent No. 4 is not providing entry of the petitioner for discharging his duty nor is permitting the petitioner to mark his attendance.

3. Given the aforesaid facts, taking into consideration the order of the Commissioner dated 30.01.2019 and also the resolution of the Municipal Council dated 13.02.2019, the writ petition at this juncture can be disposed of with a specific direction to the respondent No. 4 to take an appropriate decision within a period of 30 days so far as granting of joining to the petitioner as also granting of other consequential benefits to the petitioner w.e.f 15.02.2019. Let a decision be taken by the respondent No. 4 within the aforementioned period of 30 days.
