Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that salary has not been paid to the petitioner from January, 2014 to May, 2015 though he has worked as Assistant Teacher (Panchayat) for that period and his representation is pending before respondent No.2/Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Dhamtari, who be directed to consider decide the representation of the partitioner.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Respondent No.2/Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Dhamtari is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law on its own merit. It is made clear this Court has not directed for payment of salary and it has only directed for consideration of the representation. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
