1. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this appeal against the order dated 5.3.2019 passed by the Special Judge (N.I.A.), Bilaspur refusing to grant benefit of regular bail under Section 439 of Cr.PC. The prayer is made on the ground that since after the impugned order, the trial Court has allowed bail to three co-accused persons, the appellant wants to renew his prayer before the trial Court.

2. As prayed by learned counsel for the appellant, the CRA is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
