After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of bail application. Further, she submits that looking to nature of allegations and dispute between the parties, trial Court may be directed to consider and decide the application for grant of regular bail, if filed by the applicant upon his surrender, on the same day. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection to the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant.

In view of above, bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

In the event applicant files application for grant of regular bail after his surrender, learned Court below concerned may consider and decide the same, if possible on the same day, in accordance with law. Certified copy as per rules.
