1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.137/2020, registered at Police Station Telibandha, District Raipur for offences punishable under Section 120-B, 420, 467, 468 & 471 of the IPC.
2. Learned State Counsel submits that the applicant has been arrested in the subject crime, therefore, the bail application has been rendered infructuous.
3. In view of the submission made, the Application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
