This appeal was posted for judgment on 07.09.2020, however, in the meanwhile, notification no.95 (Mis.)/ II-14-1/2020 dated 05.09.2020 was issued suspending the normal functioning of the Court till 09.09.2020. Thereafter vide notification no.Q/RG II14-1/2020 dated 09.09.2020, the suspension was extended till 11.09.2020.

The judgment is pronounced on the next working day i.e., today on 14.09.2020.
