1. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that out of six witnesses, statements of five witnesses have been recorded, therefore, there is no purpose to continue with with the present pertition which has been filed for quashing further proceedings pending before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Kharsia in Criminal Case No.32 of 2013 in connection with Crime No. 520 of 2012 registered at Police Station Kharsia, District

2. The submission made by learned counsel for the parties seems to be just and proper.

3. Accordingly, it is directed that the trial court shall expedite the proceedings pending before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Kharsia and shall make endeavour to conclude the trial within outer limit of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant petition is disposed of.
