1. Since common question of fact and law are involved in these two writ petitions, they are clubbed together and being disposed of by this common order.

2. Mr.Goutam Khetrapal, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner in WPS No.4912/2018 was earlier working as Patwari in P.H.No.7 Baghmara and also holding additional charge of P.H.No.14 Piparchedi and by order dated 6.7.2018 respondent No.4-Tanvi Khan in WPS No.4912/2018 was posted in P.H.No.7, against which, writ petition being WPS No.4912/2018 was filed by the petitioner, in which interim order was granted on 1.8.2018 and thereafter the petitioner has now been transferred to P.H.No.1 Sakra (J), Tahsil Balod by order dated 12.11.2021 (Annexure P-1 in WPS No.6794/2021), which has been questioned in WPS No.6794/2021). He would further submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make a representation highlighting his grievance before the Collector, Balod, which may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation highlighting his grievance before the Collector, Balod within 10 days from today. If such an representation is made, the Collector, Balod would do well to consider and decide the same within further 20 days from its receipt. For a period of 30 days, transfer order

of the petitioner dated 12.11.2021 (Annexure P-1 in WPS No.6794/2021) from P.H.No.7 Baghmara to P.H.No.1 Sakra (J) shall remain stayed. It is made clear that this Court has not granted any interim order so far as P.H.No.14 Piparchedi is concerned.

4. With the aforesaid observation / direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off. No order as to cost(s).
