Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 01/08/2018 The limited prayer which the counsel for the petitioner makes is that the petitioner has made a representation to the higher authorities in the department for redressal of his grievances so far as grant of seniority from the date his immediate juniors have been granted. He submits that the petitioner has an order in his favour from the High Court in the earlier round of litigation i.e. WP No.5413/2005. However, while implementing the order, the petitioner has not been granted proper seniority. 2.

State counsel does not oppose the prayer for deciding the representation of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent no.3 to ensure that the representation of the petitioner as regards the dispute pertaining to the seniority of the petitioner which is pending before respondent no.3 be decided at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of service of copy of the order passed by this Court. In case the representation of the petitioner is not pending before respondent no.3, the petitioner would be at liberty to file a fresh detail representation before respondent no.3 within a period of 15 days from today and the authority concerned shall decide the same within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
