Agrawal Order On Board 01/08/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner being Sarpanch of the village Bharidand made a complaint with regard to encroachment by respondent No. 4 to the Tahsildar, Marwahi, which has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. (2) Be that as it may, Tahsildar, Marwahi, District Bilaspur is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's complaint expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after hearing the affected parties.
