1. Heard.

2. On account of typographical error, the order dated 10.01.2019 passed by this Court is hereby recalled and the following order is being passed.

3. After arguing for fairly long time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since he is ready and willing to pay Court fee in compliance of impugned order passed by the trial Court, therefore, he may be granted 30 days' time to make payment of the Court fee.

4. Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is allowed. 30 days' time is granted to the petitioners to pay the requisite Court fee before the trial Court.

5. The writ petition stands disposed off finally granting time to the petitioners as contained in para 2 of this order.

6. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned trial Court directly and through E-mail and Fax.

7. Certified copy as per rules.
