1. The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for grant of time bound pay scale on completion of 10 years of regular service on a particular pay scale.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that he was appointed as a daily wage employee and working as a daily wage employee for a considerable period of time the petitioner was regularized in service on 27.09.2008 and since then it is more than 12-13 years of continuous service that the petitioner has put in. The further contention of the petitioner is that in terms of the circular of the State Govt. so far as grant of time bound pay scale is concerned since the petitioner has put in more than 10 years of service, he

-2is entitled for the time bound pay scale which inspite of making representation to the authorities till date have not been considered.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation supported with all relevant documents in support of his claim to the respondents No.2,3 and 5 and the respondents No.2,3 and 5 in turn shall consider the representation of the petitioner on its own merits after due verification of the entitlement of the petitioner so far as his claim for time bound pay scale is concerned in terms of the circulars governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of fresh representation of the petitioner. 4.
