1. This Cr.M.P. is filed by the applicant under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for modification of the order dated 25.08.2021 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 5677/2021.

2. Heard.

4. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.

5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during proceedings of M.Cr.C. No. 5677/2021 through video conferencing on 25.08.2021, due to misunderstanding, it was mentioned in paras 3 & 5 of order dated 25.08.2021 that the charge-sheet has already been filed. When learned counsel for the applicant obtained the certified copy of the said order, he realized that it has wrongly been mentioned in paras 3 & 5 of order dated 25.08.2021 that charge-sheet has already been filed, whereas charge-sheet has been filed on 04.09.2021 only.

6. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has no objection.

7. Accordingly, the Cr.M.P. is allowed and the order dated 25.08.2021 passed

in M.Cr.C. No. 5677/2021 is modified to the extent that in paras 3 & 5 in place of "charge-sheet has already been filed", it be read as "charge-sheet has not been filed".
