Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that the respondents have taken steps to comply the order passed by this Court, therefore, he may be given time to ascertain the present status. 2.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, the contempt petition is disposed of with observation that in the event, the contemnor fails to comply the order passed by this Court within a reasonable time, the applicants would be at liberty to move afresh before this Court.
