The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for is for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation that the petitioner has made for the release of the amount awarded as compensation by way of a supplementary award dated 11.01.2019. 2.
According to the petitioner, for the purpose of construction of National Highway No. 130 - Sargaon to Bilaspur, the respondents had acquired the property of the petitioner which included a house, which got demolished. Initially when the award was passed, the petitioner was paid compensation of an amount of Rs.7,24,439/-
after deducting/ withholding an amount of Rs.2,76,642/-. However, subsequently, by way of a supplementary award, the said has also been ordered to be paid to the petitioner, but till date the said amount has not been paid inspite of the petitioner having approached the authorities on various occasions. 3.
Mr. Raghvendra Verma, the learned State counsel submits that since the petitioner has already approached the respondent No.2 vide Annexure P/1, the writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to take a decision on the same at the earliest. 4.
As submitted by the State counsel, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to take a decision on the application/representation made by the petitioner in accordance with law after due verification of the claim, at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
