The applicant has preferred this bail application for grant of bail as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.62/2018, registered at Police Station Hirri, District: Bilaspur for the offence under Section 364(A), 394, 201, 120(B), 328 of the IPC 1860.

This is the Second bail application on behalf of the applicant. The earlier application was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 31-08-2020 passed in MCRC No. 4165/2020. In the present bail application, the applicant has filed I.A. No.1 (Application for grant of temporary bail) on the ground that the applicant's mother is not keeping good health and needs to undergo surgery.

Since the applicant's earlier bail application has already been dismissed on merits by this Court on 31-08-2020 and there is no change in the circumstances, no good ground is available to entertain this second bail application.
