The appellant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.130/2019, registered at Police Station Azak, Lormi, District- Mungeli, (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 294, 506, 323, 34, 147, 148 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (1) (10) (R) (D) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the CRA.
