Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order on Board 23/09/2021 Heard.

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed an application under Section 250 of the Land Revenue Code before the Tehsildar against the respondent on 3/12/2019 by Annexure P-1. It is stated that same application has not been concluded and decided till date, therefore the Tehsildar may be directed to decide the same within a specified period.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent/SECL refers to Annexure P-3 and would submit that date of hearing was fixed on 3/09/2021 and this petition has been filed on 7/09/2021, therefore the petitioner has rushed to the court without any rhyme or reason.

3. Without going into merits of this case, the Annexure P-1 would show that the

application under Section 250 of the Land Revenue Code was filed on 3/12/2019, therefore considering the same, the Tehsildar is directed to decide the application preferred by the petitioner within a reasonable time.
