1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent no. 2 to take a decision on the representation that he has made; so far as the proper compensation for the land belonging to the petitioner, which has been acquired by the State authorities for construction and widening of Railway Over Bridge near Jairam Nagar, Tahsil: Masturi, District: Bilaspur is concerned.
2. The limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel.
3. Accordingly, the respondent no. 2 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner at the earliest, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. The petitioner in addition would also be entitled to make a fresh representation, if he so wants.
