1. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.322 of 2019, registered at Police Station Old Bhilai District - Durg C.G., for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the I.P.C.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the same, after examination

MCRC No. 7531 of 2020 of the material witnesses.

3. Permission granted.

4. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
