1. The limited grievance that the petitioners have, is in-respect-of nongranting of third time pay-scale payable to the petitioners on completion of 30 years of service.

2. The contention of the petitioners is that all the petitioners herein have completed more than 30 years of continuous service under the respondents. As per the circular of the State Government, the persons who have completed more than 30 years of service, would also be entitled for the third time pay-scale, which in the instant case has not been provided to the petitioners.

3. Considering the submission and the limited grievance that the petitioners have, the present writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondents No. 2 to 4 to immediately process the claim of the petitioners so far as the claim for third time pay-scale in-terms-of circular governing the field is concerned. Let an appropriate decision and necessary steps be taken by the respondents within an outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
