1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.134/2020 registered in Police Station Korba Kotwali, District Korba for offence under Sections 363, 342, 376 and 506/34 of the IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

2. This is the second bail application on behalf of the applicant. The earlier bail application has been rejected on merits by this Court vide order dated 1.9.2020 passed in MCRC No.4148/2020.

3. Since the earlier bail application has been rejected on merits by this Court on 1.9.2020 and there is no change in the circumstances, no good ground is available before this Court to entertain the present bail application. It is accordingly rejected.
