1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has in the present writ petition is the non consideration of the petitioner as a degree holder candidate by the department and also not including the name of the petitioner as a degree holder sub engineer which would enable him to get promotion under the quota reserved for the degree holder.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already approached the State Government in-respect-of dispute by way of a representation, however the same is till date pending consideration.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 to take an appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with the law at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
